Subject: New Measures to Strengthen Discipline and Security in Schools
Following the various forms of abuse and violence and the increasingly recurrent cases of crime in schools, I hereby request you to send me, no later than 4th February 2020, practical proposals to strengthen discipline and security in schools. The said proposals should be channelled through your respective Regional Delegates for Secondary Education.
To this end, you should take into consideration the views of other members of the Educational Community, including Parent-Teacher Associations and Teachers’ Unions in your respective regions.
