Paul Biya Appoints Former-Minister of Health André Mama Fouda Chairman of the Board of Directors of CHRACERH

The former Minister of Public Health, André Mama Fouda was appointed this Wednesday Chairman of the Board of Directors of CHRACERH (the Hospital Center for Research and Application in Endoscopic Surgery and Human Reproduction)

André Mama Fouda previously served as Minister of Public Health. The decree appointing him Chairman of the board of directors was signed by the head of state Paul Biya.  




André Mama Fouda is in fact a civil engineer by training. It was during the January 4, 2019 cabinet reshuffle that he left government. He served there between 2007 and 2019.  

Being the chairman of the board of directors at the Hospital Center for Research and Application in Endoscopic Surgery and Human Reproduction (CHRACERH) of Yaoundé, André Mama Fouda replaces Séraphin Magloire Fouda who currently serves as the Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s office.
