Abandoned Marine Custom officers without wages and premiums

Six months ago marine customs officers at the naval base of Douala completed their training.

Their internship stretched from October 2018 to May 2019.

At the end of this training, they had to be assigned to different ports (Douala, Limbe, Kribi and Garoua). But until now, they are yet to be assigned work in these areas (heads of offices, and division).

So far they have not received any bonus they were to receive during their training.

They have been unemployed since June and do not have money to educate their children and feed their families.

Big Question:

What is the point of spending money to train people if you can not use them?
