Recruitment of university teachers: Incarnation of governance

The President of the republic has ordered the recruitment of 1,200 teachers in universities and his supporters are surprised that this measure does not attract any approval from the population.

This means in clear that biya and his world are not yet able to understand what they are being accused of and what they are asked to do.

What we ask is to give autonomy to the regions, so that they manage their universities and recruit who they want!

Cameroonian people are tired of an individual who thinks he is a divinity and claims to solve all their problems in their place.

What is now expected of him is not to recruit people, but to give half of the state budget to the regions, and that they each fight on its territory and run their university!

It’s not his money! It’s collective money and there’s no more right than another!

All regions in Cameroon have the ability to run at university, without the need for a head of state who requires them what to do!

The far north has a population of more than 4 million inhabitants! Much more than Mauritania, Ethiopia, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Guinea-Bissau, Gabon, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Mauritius, Comoros, Cape Verde, sao tome and principle, Seychelles, etc.

All these countries run their university, without the need for higher trusteeship!

How can we be convinced that the 4 million people in the far north are unable to do so, and that it takes the intervention of yaoundé to recruit people?

And this reasoning remains valid for all regions of Cameroon, including the smallest population, the south with 700,000 inhabitants.

Our governance has reached an absolutely shabby level! How can we imagine that in a country that has the complexity of Cameroon, which is stuck in the economic crisis, the social crisis, the political crisis, a head of state still gets in the tiny details like recruiting teachers?

This is pure madness! It’s like the president of Cameroon has nothing important to do!

And how do you want a head of state that spreads into the superficial and the derisory to be able to face the great challenges of Cameroon?

And here comes the memory of a minister in charge of the economy: while his collaborators asked him to look at the evolution of Macro-economic factors such as GDP, current balance, the budget balance, he spent his time walking under the Eye of the cameras to inaugurate the agropoles. Until the day he was informed at the same time as the other cameroonian people that our country was in crisis and the IMF was already on the plane!

And, strangely, while he should have anticipated this crisis and propose measures, he was the most amazed of cameroonian people, given the so-called efforts he “provided

We have reached a level where our leaders are no longer capable of the slightest strategic vision of Cameroon: from the head of state to the smallest head of office, we have fallen into the management of detail, and the derisory.

We can see why the country is going to hell!
